Yay, good to know brutus have brought us the dvdrip first, also I guess we could see a wide screen version out soon? ;]

excuse me~ i'm such a beginner.

as much as i know, WS is the Wide Screen version, and FS is the Full Screen one. what i don't understand is that, almost all of our CRTor LCD are in 4:3 not 16:10, so why everybody loves WS version?

was it because the FS version lost some details of the pictures?

ws offers more picture

in fs it's streched out so you don't see it all. you only see the centered part of the movie. Like when you see doc oct. in ws you'd see him from left to right with his tenticles in the air and such in fs you would see the bits of the tenticles and doc oct.

hard to explain but yeh..


download a ws movie run it in any player then force it use 4:3 Very Happy

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

saw it three times at the theaters!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the ts four times!

Now im gonna watch the fs Sad after i'm finished draining my monkey and by that i mean check out the sexy selections and enjoy headshots post Wink

Spidey never took off his mask on a train in the comic, doc oc was the only one to unmask him, that spoiled an otherwise great movie...

bah who cares f1t. its not like that was crucial to making a good movie Wink
i think this was much better anyway. not so unoriginal as it would have been if octavious had been the one unmasking him.
its afterall a movie and a movie is best when you are abit surprised here and there Smile

i thought the movie was fantastic, best movie i have seen in quite some time actually.

Its all about the Effects!
It was pretty good but they overmade it Smile
They shouldn't really turn it into some drama/romance movie, it had a lot of useless scenes (like in "Lost in Translation" but less Smile) but otherwise good movie no more.

A LOT BETTER then the 1st one tho, worked really sweet on my DVD Player Smile (First movie i watch on my dvd player that is FS) Very Happy

LoL hulk and spiderman 2 doesnt have that much of a SUPER story. It was pretty simple, no more.
If you want a movie with story go watch Arlington Road or some Mystery movie.

I’m talking about comic book movies / action movies in general.

Obviously if you wanted good story go watch once upon a time in America or magnolia or maybe even taxi driver or more movies in said category (no category has been said, is injurious on crack? I THINK HE IS! Shocked)

You get the idea... comic book movies follow the comic book but only some have real character development. They are more story bound than action. This is why many hated hulk and punisher because it was more of a yak yak yak flick. Same with Spiderman 2 but it delivered everything you would want to see in a comic book movie. I mean Spiderman plunging more than fifty floors just to fall on a large metal pipe and walk away with a few scratches in other movies he'd splatter across the rooftops! It made Spiderman look invulnerable and yet at the same time it made him look weak!

I loves Spiderman 2 for all the wrong reasons Sad

Con't wait for Spiderman 3, it has Venom in it. Now that will be a good movie for effects. Harry will play as the hob goblin, son of the green goblin, the bad news is, it wont be out untill 2007.

raimi said he didn't want to do a venom story...

in many ways i disagree and in some i agree... it would be rubbish to have such a violent character such as venom or carnage in a pg13 rated movie...

There will be hobgob or maybe green gob 2 which will suck... and the lizard... but as you have seen in previous ones there's mostly only one villan in the movies. SO having 2 is/will be out of the question. You have to create origins for each which take time and all.

3rd will be like hob gob goes after Spiderman
Spiderman defeats hob gob by ways of killing him (every villian he ever went against died so obviously hob gob/harry will die)

Spiderman will unmask hob goblin seeing it’s harry! He gets crushed because he killed his best friend. The entire scene is televised, he takes of his mask and starts crying and the entire city population sees the true identity of Spiderman.... Peter gives up being Spiderman to live with Mary Jane.

And then in number 4 jjj jr or what ever goes to space bringing in venom and the return of Spiderman Very Happy

Number five the death of aunt may and carnage comes :O the one people will want to see!
