Why would you want to activate Vista? The AntiWPA crack is perfect. No activation and perminent use.

Aero sucks...
Its nice to page through the Pages yes...
BUT at a HUGE cost to the program running...
They should of kept it in "Classic View" but its gone and you can only use it with "Eye Candy" enabled...Pathetic...
Like using Windows Mediaplayer to play MP3 and it always pops up a little square showing the name and kills all FPS...So good, so well programed...

I kinda liked Aero, but it only works for few seconds on Vista startup and then closes...

Check if Vista is legit. If MS finds it as not legit, AERO will cease to function. Perhaps that's the problem.

I got latest Catalysts on my X800GT... (Aero cursors works, but I guess they work even Aero itself doesn't)

I totally agree with you and this is also exactly what I'll do and if there will never be a proper crack I will stick with Windows XP until the majority of games stop supporting it and then switch to Linux, because I simply refuse to pay a shitload of money for a crappy coded OS from which the majority of features have been stolen from other OS's..

olger901, read before posting crap! Vista is the best version todate. Just the rewritten stacks (network, sound, drivers, etc...) and DX10 should be enough to stfu you all.

So what is the current deal here (just started to read up on this whole VISTA business)
RC1/2=Crack don't work?
RTM timer stop = don't work/ will soon be countered by MS?
What did I miss or am i totally wrong here?

Unless you are too noob to download and install a Windows Genuine Advantage update from Microsoft that will or may invalidate your Vista:
- The "RC1/2 crack" will works only until the 1st of july 2007.
- The "RTM timer stop" crack will works ad infinitum.

I wrote "They dont have the button to page through the Opened Windows like with Aero on"...
Vista doesnt have that option in Clssic View...
