Burnt an image recently that gave post-burn verification read errors when reading 00000001.tmp in the root of the disc.
I know the 00000001.tmp file is related to safedisc, but normally when I burn something protected by this, it doesn't fail Nero data verification (also failed in imgburn). Is this normal? I have 'acquired' the image twice and to rule out corruption, burnt it multiple times with the same result, and succesfully burned other images to rule out my burner crapping out.
I don't want to break forum rules by mentioning specifics, but this is a release from the past few months and this is the first time I have run into this problem despite having some prior experience burning similar images. Is this a problem particular to this image/release? New version of safedisc?
