For someone who is already rich buy a club already! there's a few in the North East corner of the map for about 700k, I would buy one myself but I just started over not to long ago.

There's a cheap $350,000 one south-east of the crater. Just use that one.

Go for the Alfa Romeo GT 3.2 V6 24v 2003 tuned to level 3, or the Pontiac GTO tuned to level 3.
Press P during a race to restart or abort a race.
