Yeah well - the blood doesnt always come until you remove the scissors (Havent checked the vid yet)

Fatty is going to jail for grievous bodily harm.
It could be fake but the scissors sit awfully tight in there, its hard to fake it just on the surface unless theyre made of foam with a rigid support. Or perhaps the guys are twins and they have ample time to set it up.
