The Departed 9/10 - Don't know if it can be called a remake really, as it is only losely based on Infernal Affairs. Great movie, though!

Freakshow - 2/10
One of the worst movies iv seen in my entire life. Banned in 43 countries? Yeah, because no one should be allowed to see this piece of crap.

Alpha Dog is like a less believable version of Kids. Though pretty well done, but the acting in a lot of the scene sucks. And they try to make it up by having lots of pretty ladies on screen.
I also think fisk should be unbanned.

They just put the plot of that "true story" into the plot of Kids, and removed the believability.
Idk. Blow/Kids/American History X are similar to this movie, and in all respective categories they are immensely much better.

'Kids' is a piece of turd  I have watched 2 of those(not blow , seen it but don't remember it good=bad sign)) + 'Alpha Dog' the last few days. 'Alpha Dog' still gets my vote . Thou I was Tired/tiny bit drunk when watching 'Kids', but one kid and hes voice just made me hate it..
'Kids' is all about them fucking, talking about fucking, and on and on and on and on... (So it seemed at that point)
Blargh, I liked 'Alpha Dog' more than 'Kids', I know it had flaws, but it was small things that made me like it more as an movie.

Kids is about AIDs, Blow is about Cocaine, American History X is about racism, Alpha Dog is about bodged kidnapping. How the fuck are they similar, really? I think you should go and watch them again. Because you've just compared Freddy vs. Jason to Barbie's Swan Lake.

Pans Labryinth - I also give this 8/10, kinda wierd, kinda cool.
I felt good about watching it after it was done, I like the intensity of the scenes. You just don't expect it and BAM, there it is..
