I'm going to upgrade my computer with some new DDR-memory, but I'm having some trouble deciding. I have three candidates:

2x Twinmos 512MB PC3500 DDR 433MHz Speed Premium Winbond BH-5
Xtreem 1GB 512MBx2 DDR400 (2-2-2-5) Dual Channel BH-5
Xtreem 1GB 512MBx2 500MHZ (2-2-2-5) BH-5 Dual Channel

This is my current system:

P4 3.00GHz HT @ 3,38 Ghz
Abit IC7-MAX3
PowerColor Radeon X1950PRO 256MB AGP
2x Corsair TWINX512-3200LL @ 225 Mhz (2-3-2-6) @ 2.8vdimm
Seagate 1x80Gb 2x200Gb 7200RPM S-ATA
Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu
Antec Performance Plus 1080AMG
Antec 420W

Which one should I get?

Does your board support newer types of memory? If not, it may be frivolous to look at getting newer types and just increasing space.

No, only DDR-memory supported and I haven't the money to buy a whole new system.

Those pc3500, you'll only see those speeds if you overclock. I've got pc3700 and still reads at pc 3200, the high speeds are just for over clocking so if your not into OC'ing then stick with 3200.

OCZ

Kingston Hyper X

They may not be as good as speeds but I've owned both and I can say the customer support could be role models to other companies. I thought one of my kingston sticks got fucked after messing with settings and they were still willing to replace it since it was still considered faulty, even after I told them I tried overclocking it (ended up being a motherboard setting)
