Yeah, V4V still is an A+ 10/10 but not for being a good adaptation.

Casino Royale: 7/10.
Strange movie for a 007 movie...
New James is a little unpolite... too Rambo... but still, a good movie, for a sunday afternoon with no sex. Or between sex. Depends on the quality of the sex, the note for this film. Just to be relaxed. Not the best 007 movie afterall.

dont think of it as a prequel, more like restarting the series right from the beginning (hence the modern setting, rather than setting it back 40 or so years)
i liked the new bond film.. it showed him as a very crude inexperienced character (how many times did he screw up? HEAPS) - its a nice contrast to the ultra smooth bond that he will eventually evolve in to. its a pity kumkss didnt get WHY they made him into a die hard uncouth killer rather than the normal bond... i think he would have enjoyed it more if he'd understood why they designed the character that way - i know thats what made it even more enjoyable for me... they really understood and tried to develop the character, rather than just go with another stupid 'super cool' bond film.

ok. now i get it. we have to forget about old Bond, and say hi to the new era. just to make the franchise into new times staying on float. because, in no way at all is a prequel. it may be a prequel for upcoming films, in which acting and the "Bond" Profile shouldn' matter that much, rather than another fast film like XXX style. (which is good, don't take me wrong). But, i was used to the polite Bond, more clever than what this character can ever be, unless in the next film M makes him implant another brain. (which of course, is very possible... )
i enjoyed the film very much. 7/10 is excellent. and want to see what happens in the next one! still, found it more desirable not to have again some strange "ice castle" sort, which was driven me to a "too much" state. that, in my opinion, was the best archivment of this film.

H6: Diary Of Serial Killer 6/10 - mediocre serial killer flick.
Smokin Aces 8/10 - action scenes were great, thou there were too little of them.

Fearless: 9/10. Its a wonderful movie in martial arts and in its content. 100% recommendable, even if you don't like martial arts films. Chinese film, starring Jet Li.

Apocalypto 8/10
Very nicely done.. not sure if i like the story as a whole.. quite predictable and cliché at times.

Anyway, first move here in Norway that was rated 15 and then changed rating to 18, 15 days (or something) after it was shown on the Cinema. Had to find out why they did that ^^

Smoking Aces was a OK movie, but the story falls thin imo. The ending is pretty crappy, you don't get any real connection with the characters etc. The action could have been much more intense at times, it had some good moments, but could have been so much better.
6.5/10

Hehe, saw that the other day too, I give it the same score for being funny/having charm (story is rather simplistic). But it is so blatant obvious that Dreamworks used many of the same animations that they did from Wallace and Gromit.
