Just to clarify, he was not banned for using an Indian IP, or for being Indian, or for not speaking english. He was banned because he is NOT Romanian, he is some ass using open proxies to spam the forum and drag up old topics. This is also the reason for people being nasty about his English skills, because he is faking them.
