Yeah that was an awesome episode!
So can Sylar levitate or something? How did he manage to sneak up on the woman with super hearing?

Anyone know what Sylar actually does to obtain his victim's powers besides removing the top of their head? Was it shown in a previous episode?

They haven't shown what he does with the brain, and that's for a reason... It's like the clocks he fixes, it just comes naturally to him. I think this was his initial power, to be able to sort things that look impossible to sort.

The thing is, if time was reversed then the bullet would retreat back into the gun, but it wouldn't backfire. She's just fire the gun again.
As for Hiro's spacial manipulation abilities, I thought that related to teleportation. Otherwise it's basically the same as telekinesis.
Maybe a forcefield was projected?

She did chase me with a knife after though, I guess thats fair enough considering she had to have her nose reset.
