i got the email about the episode being available at telltale just yesterday, so i assume that it hasnt been available for groups to grab much longer, as they usually dont do gametap-cracks...

with ep 3. the scene release came 1 day after the release i think

That's probably correct since the release I played was a special one week early delivery for season one customers and it's been about one week since then so it's probably availalbe for normal telltale customers now wich means it will probably be cracked quite soon unless they did something with their protection system.
Oh and btw it was the best episode so far and I really liked it.
(Could say alot about it but once it's available for general download it would be better to see it for yourself since I don't want to spoil it, some scenes were really crazy though)

A awesome ride all the way from the start at the white house to the explosive ending, laughed like crazy during a certain special scene somewhere towards the end and probably smiled during the entire playtrough, short game due to the episodic content but nevertheless a great adventure!

Start playing and you will see. You can usually finish the demo in approx 5 mins

Yes, but because the developers released it with that gap, not due to a missing crack like Ep4.
