I installed the new 101.41 nvidia driver and my gfx card's performance has been significantly increased. From 4450 to around 4900. Also the flickering is gone after closing some games like hl2. Maybe it's a huge improvement. Gonna test more Smile

Hopefully stability will improve, but it looks like we are in for a long wait for decent drivers.

ReadbyBoost is good for folk with low amounts of physical RAM installed. But if you have 2-4GB of RAM installed it's not much use.

Adding more RAM is the best option to improve Vista's performance.

Check your power management scheme, your hard drives may be set to enter sleep after xx amounts of mins when idleing.

When it happens, just reinstall vista without a key on the same partition and you have another 30 days to think about whiat to do next Wink Everything will be saved, windows will make a windows.old folder of the old version, so things in my documents etc, are also saved and just copy them into your new vista installation and your back on track.

It's another repacked version of the PARADOX crack, the installer lists the ASUS OEM keys.

Also royal.sys is installed.

Vista was pretty great after service pack or two.
Then there was amazing windows 7... and they've fucked everything up afterwards.

I mean win 10 is fast and all but there is so much forced crap in it.
