1. game work OK but when you install this crap and you have a anti-virus proggii that scans herestic or something like that way it will block your install SO turn off you anti-vir when you install this game
2. played it and i must say this game is hmmm its i think it is mainly build for Internet play , the solo campaign remembers me MP slashers of the Korean type , you know those crapy ones
3. wow looks like the pc is a plce to release betas or unoptimised shit game runned fine 58-63 fps but only if you camera was in the same position like in Diablo but when you placed it the same way like in KOTOR this game turned into a lag fest 15 fps in towns , 10-9 fps in battles

No problems with speed here, also why use position like in kotor? i prefer it like its default (diablo).

Well, My game kept crashing whenever I tried to start a new game. Finally I tried getting the crack from another source, and it worked.

Now I am confused, too....

Is this release different from the 2006 french version converted to english language and patched to 1.13 ?
I still have the old release installed and played it for a while, no match for TitanQuest, gets IMHO boring and rather repetitive quickly. performance is rather bad.

But I wonder if the new release is 1.15 is there a crack out there for 1.16 french? Maybe they improved and fixed the game so it may be worth to take a look again... At GCW there is no other crack than the old one....

But if english 1.0=french 1.15, is it possible to patch the old version and use the VITALITY crack? or have the different language releases different protections?

thx Confused

Whats the point of playing the french version since the vitality crack is for 1.15 patch ? I dont think protections are the same, so this crack might work on the french release.

I have also played the french version but got tired of the bugs, ill install this one and hopefuly the 1.16 patch will come out and again... (hopefuly) vitality will crack it

Anyone experienced problems with the GUI in-game after you've quit the game once and restarted it again?

I think Vitality might have missed something in their TAGES-crack after all.

The GUI gets all blurred-up after you restart the game. impossible to discern any details at all unless you already know exactly where everything is or there's some text on/next to the buttons.

The text is not blurred at all but all the textures of the GUI gets like uber-low resolution.

This reminds me of the days when you thought Darkstar One was cracked and it really wasn't heh.

Well.. Anyone else experiencing this little anomaly?

I doubt that.

AMD 3800+ DC
2x Sapphire ATI X1900XTX
3 Gig RAM
120 Gig Raptor
2x250 Gig SATA
Creative X-fi Fatality
Logitech G15
Saitek GM3200

I don't think I need to upgrade until perhaps Vista Service Pack 1 when I should get 2 DX10 gfx-cards.

But I noticed that after I installed Silverfall the loadingscreens of my Vanguard installation is just as low resolution.

Starting to see a pattern here I think I'll start blaming the Ageia PhysX drivers instead.

Sorry Vitality for doubting you about the crack.

Hey guys

I installed silverfall with no problems yesterday and it ran fine.
My AV solution is ZA Security Suite 7.0, NOT Nod32.
This morning I went to boot the game and got a ctd, on further checking I found that it's a dx issue 'd3ddx9_30.dll'.
I updated my dxdrivers and even re-installed the game with AV turned off, no success.

I am wondering whether Vitality has screwed the pooch again, I will hold off judgement if anyone has a fix that I may be missing.....

Thanks in advance for any advice.

tb

NOD32 just prevents the one file it thinks is a trojan...file called "map20bis".

Without that file the game crashes...I know, since I tested it.

Shit dudes, I love this game. When I downloaded it I hadn't even watched any screens or anything and i thought it was going to be some crappy slow paced crap... But when you get to play the archmage at the beginning and totally own, it's just.. ugh I love it!

Well, errr maybe the first sentence was sorta understandable... Some guy said Titan Quest is still better than this and I can't say anything about that since I haven't tried it, guess I'll have to Razz

This game is no good at all. Diablo 1 is more fun actually. The gameplay is ok, but story and NPCs suck, making this game a fiasco.

Yes, let me just go to my neighbors, the Flintstones, and borrow their rock disc of Diablo I!

If you are not sure just burn it on 2 DVD5's. Dual layer DVD is like 10 times more expensive than DVD5 and the game is just ok not perfect imo. Some bugs here and there, nice graphics & works fine on max settings, i have 8800gtx tho, people with 7xxx cards complain it is slow

Been playing this game since last night & I think it runs fine with everything on High no lag it's a fun hack & slash & the free roam MP & the community content should give it some life as well as future patches. But thats just my 2 cents.
