The NOD commando cant capture buildings like "Black Lotus" in generals. She is solely a combat unit.

What is the directories for the cd's? is it like CD1, CD2, CD3? or how does it work with the presale files..

pre sale files is Command & Conquer 95 and the pre order disc.
So you either want to play the 90s original or watch some videos. Either way, if you got the presale files, you don't have C&C3

Did anyone who got access to this release actually see more than the 2 discs with C&C1 GOLD on them? Somehow, the pre order disc (the one with the behind-the-scenes 'making of' kind of footage on it) doesn't seem to be present in this release, even though the nfo states it's 3 'CDs'?

I saw it was C&C 95, I don't know about gold. A little difficult to install into XP, but I managed to, then upon loading the game I kept getting wierd error messages so I scrapped the whole thing.

My point is that the downloadable version was compressed and bigger than a dvd. So it won't be a single dvd game, like IcedFreon suggested. Your response indicated you disagreed with that.
