I applied the toxic dl patch yesterday to the iso and burned it again. It works now. The patch helps to switch to the second layer.

Burned the DVD5 version keeping the error...
No problems on playing until now...

Ye...file 56 gives a bad CRC...
Use keep broken files...and burned it.
Now, it loses control when Zeus kills Kratos...after regain control of Kratos the gamepad doesn't respond..
Will re-burn,

Hidra.. don't use WS screen mode with this release .. seems the relinking is not correct (guess)
I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????

the bug where you cant move kratos at the zeuspart is in the main game just press select and choose restatr from checkpoint and it will work

Yes I have the exact same problem at the exact same place... I even tried burning another DL+DVD but the problem was still there with the new DVD.
Am I supposed to use the toxic patch to fix this or what does the toxic patch even do? |
I went and bought another DL+DVD and used the Toxic DL patch and burned it and now it works like a charm, my PS2 was now able to read the second layer of the disc and the scene with Icarus began!

My copyi is still not working. Why am i the only one with that prob?
Several brands DL+DVDs, several burning progs, with patch and without patch......
And.....my 360 copies are also not working anymore. Burner damaged? But no probs during burning!
Help needed! What could i try?

Wasn't there many torrent files out there, why don't you download them again (from the other side) and replace them? Hmmm......Are they contain the same corrupt files too?

were working on a rebuild so instead of one .pak file there are 2 .pak like the rip SHOULD OF BEEN DONE
fiddling with the freakn toxic patcher after a release is bullshit so im personally talking with gnie to release a par1.pak and part2.pak extractor/rebuilder once this is done im sure everybodies problems will go away and i can finally make this ripkit

Fuck Off God of War!!!
But why are my 360 copies not working anymore??? Never had a single prob and now my Def Jam copy does not work! Media, Burner, PC???? What`s wrong???
Use the sam emedia as ever (Verbatim).
Is it possible that the burner is damaged? No error message during the process!
I need help!!! PLEASE!!!
I can wait for the Pal Version of God of War and buy it but my 360 copies........

ahh 'djpelle' releases his version.
I have been following a thread where he ripped this (alucard) and it should be good, plus have better quality video than the earlier dvd5 releases as better methods were found to re-link dummy other files.
According to his posts in his thread it is his 3rd attemp before getting it all right, and it gets past all the dodgy spots that other releases have probs with. Should be good to go.
