just tried SecuROMv7Loaderv1.2 but same error
Intel Core2 Quad Q8300
Asus P5N-E SLI

It works perfectly for me.
Vitality release and Yasu 1.1_7033.
I had burned the image file to disk "as is" so I mounted the image from DVD after running YASU. I didn't disable any drives. Just used YASU.
This patch is a zero day patch and was probably completed before the game was even released. It would not blacklist this version of Yasu yet.

why does everyone have so many problems now with the 1.1 patch?
the 1.0 no cd doesn't work anymore?
so u must use yaso again with no dvd ide cables now in order to get it working again?

same as what i do. except i mount image and then use yasu... wheres u said you use yasu and then moutn image

Are you listening to yourself? Do you expect to update the game to 1.1 and still use the 1.0 cracked executable ?

BTW, it's Securom 7, not 4 FFS! And what the FUCK does Starforce got to do with anything?

some games use the same nocd for a new patch though, but u didn't know that ofcourse.
ill go with 1.0 and wait for the 1.1 cracked version.

I just ran the 1.1 and when I hit the "SH4 icon" it just thinks for a while and goes blank...it don't even do the disc check etc....just thinking for 3-4 secs and back to normal cursor. Dling from another source at the mo, but this is weird...

i get this when using the yasu from the game release. but when use latest yasu.. it seems to get further but gives conflict error. try it m8

Found a workaround.
Doing the suggested disabling cd-drives in device manager didn't work for me, until i disabled the virtual cd drive that I had it mounted on in there too. Started sh4 up, gave the message no cd-drive found, enabled the virtual drive again through device manager and hit retry on the error message, it gave the spinning disk icon as usual and loaded straight in.
edit: this is with yasu on cloak mode btw.

Hmmm, no go here, I should mention that I am running VISTA. Any way, the game should arrive in the morn from Amazon.de so...It is annoying but that it don't work. Get exactly the same as before, thinking and nothing.

Running it on Vista here to Cpt Cox, no problems with the patch, but I did take the advice of some guy on here who said to have the Yasu cloaked and img mounted while installing the patch. I also got the official patch and not the one on offer earlyer from the German site. Hope it helps.
