Bethesda has been working on FO3 since Oblivion.. i guess what you mean is a new 2D, turnbased FO? That would be cool, i really like turn based combat.

Yup. Not quite 2D - isometric 3D with a Silent Storm (destructible environment) like engine would be as good.
I'm afraid they'll fuck it up with this Oblivion mod they call F3.

Yeah, it wont have the FO atmosphere or combat, especially since one (at least) of the developers hates FO.. It's kinda funny how Pete Hines says they're all fallout geeks, that they all love it and will keep it true to the original blablabla while one of their devs constantly keeps bashing FO @ http://forums.obsidianent.com (his nick is "Shadowstrider"). It'll be Oblivion all over with guns.

How the hell could I forget. MI-sequel it is! I agree about FO3, if it`s
action/fps, that`s not Fallout! Van Buren was promising in it`s time.
No another Oblivion/Tactics for me. It is nearly impossible to
completely capture the atmosphere of FO1&2, but at least they
could have tried by making it isometric (3D with other enhancements).

I'd love to see MDK3. MDK2 on the dreamcast was an amazing game that was incredibly difficult. It was then dumbed down for the pc and ruined due to it being far too easy, but I'd love to see a sequel of it more than almost any other. I loved that game. I'd like to see a sequel come out on the 360 as it's more suited to a controller though.
