Until Death 8/10 I am really surprised about this movie . Jean Claude VanDamme put a nice Role in this movie .
But don't expect Martial arts in this movie !!
I even think fight movies are done for JCVD !

Like most of Leone's films, it was first released in the United States in a heavily edited version almost ninety minutes shorter than the version released in Europe.

that could be it.

it's on for 4 hours which is still pretty long for a movie ;_;

there's always a car chase scene, buckheimer has always to make something going fast and cause a lot of destruction, it can be a car, a plane, a space shuttle, as long as it travels fast and crash against something, it makes buckheimer happy.

i dont speak black, so i honestly couldnt understand a thing that black dude said in 16 blocks...

deja vu - 6.5
smokin aces - 6 - both films felt like a letdown... smokin aces was too stupid and not enough blood for how it was hyped too me, and deja vu was far lighter on the action than i expected... both good films, but not as good as id hoped

hannibal rising - 6.5 - surprisingly enjoyable... pales in comparison to silence, and it doesnt really feel like a lecter film, but as a revenge film it was most enjoyable.

rocky balboa - 4 - watchable, but quite weak.

So it seems you only enjoy hard hitting unadulterated action? lol. as for the first comment about not speaking black......came across fairly racist dude. not saying you ARE but thats how it came across. consider editing if your not lol Wink

well to be fair, i hear many yanks have problems understanding pom accents which i have no problem with, so i dont think its unreasonable that i cant understand that dudes accent in the film. and that black speak thing was a joke, but i guess its not uncommon that most people seem to automatically assume racism at the mention of a black person... bet noone would have taken a second look if i would have said 'speaking white' after watching any stallone movie? Very Happy take it for what it was Razz

I said nothing about racism neither did Vodka-Redbull..to say "everyone seems to assume racism" is kind of stupid as just ONE of the 3 who commented your post said anything about racism. My point is that he's english isnt that hard at all.

And i did actually say i am NOT saying you ARE racist dude. apologies if it came across that way. i was merely trying to help by saying it "came across" as potentially racist and maybe you should reconsider it. and actually if you said speaking white i would have noticed that too. racism isnt limited to black people, again, not saying you are racist dude. Stargate Directors Cut in HD 10/10 I loved the story of how civilization was started. And of course this was made back when movies weren't so bland and full of stupid.
