I'm new here posting wise and would like start off saying hello all.
So,does anyone know if there is going to be a release before the retail date?I am very much looking forward to this game and cannot wait to play it.I've been watching alot of the vids and it's looking outstanding.

Let me look into my magic crystal ball...
Yes there will be a release but it will not work due to being a beta release that will send everyones info to Midway, which inturn will get everyone who downloads it arrested!

the answer, without being an asshole, is simply.....none of us can say for sure if/when there will be a release before retail.
there are some new gameplay movies of the game on gamershell.com though.

what makes this game so outstanding? i thought this was just another traditional fighting game, like doa, street fighter, tekken etc. i would love to be wrong though.

You and me both brotha,I just saw some new trailers at ign and man i want this game.The fight engine has been said to have sped up and been tweaked.I hope that means better than deadly alliance.Going online with MK is gonna be nice.

Yes they sped it up and added some more things as it concerns the gameplay. You can ask me anything you want on MKD for i've been watching it's progress for at least 7 months.

Agreed GP.I also just got a hold of some info that the game will be release as early as Friday at retail stores except for gamestop(which will be the 4th or 5th).I'm over anxious for this game to be released.
