Hmm, Why don't you flash it yourself? It will prob work out cheaper.

Eh, I have VERY shitty luck, and with that luck, I'll fuck something up lol and paying that much for a friggn console to have the warranty voided I'd rather it be done by a pro. |

Here in toronto there are tons of shops that do it.
Just go find some store in the downtown area that might have it.
There's also a mall here that can take care of that stuff.
Have a walk around downtown and look around for sleazy tech stores

our downtown is nothing of the sorts. Unless you mean hookers who somehow know how to do it  |
