www.divxsubtitles.net is good too. nice searches to get exactly what you want based on scene releases. have to register though.

a good way to look for subs is to run a good matching search query on emule.
for e.g: the movie "LALAALAL" ,looking for an eng sub.
I'll search with the following query:
LALAALAL eng sub
or
LALAALAL eng srt


sub,srt stands for the file extensions
