Uramaki (裏巻き, lit. inside-out cut rolls). A medium-sized cylindrical piece, with two or more fillings. Uramaki differs from other maki because the rice is on the outside and the nori inside. The filling is in the center surrounded by nori, then a layered of rice, and an outer coating of some other ingredients such as roe or toasted sesame seeds. This is a typical thought as an invention to suit what may be an American plate [2], Uramaki is not commonly seen in Japan. The California roll is a popular form and an example of uramaki. The increasing popularity of sushi in North America, as well as around the world, has resulted in numerous kinds of uramaki and regional off-shoots being created.

# The dynamite roll includes prawn tempura along with vegetables like radish sprouts, avocado or cucumber, as well as Japanese mayonnaise.

I love sushi too. It is one of my favorite foods

Where are the food pictures?

An assortment of sushi.

A huge pigout platter of sushi.

and I love these.

My favorite. Tuna Sashimi

I love the fatty tuna

The sea urchin is awsome.

I don't which is better. Eating the Tekka Mekki or saying it.

Sometimes they come in these little boats that float in a mote all around the sushi bar.

See another boat. only this boat is floating some deep fried Gyoza over to mouth watering waldoJ.

Here is a dinner I made. It isn't sushi but it has crab.

Waldo you should try the dynamite cones. I like them better than the rolls. I wish they didn't leave the tails on the prawns, that makes me gag. I always pull the tails off before I eat them.

I don't like that soft shelled crab one tho, the shells are not enjoyable and the legs stick out.

We have a roll named after us:

Quote:
A BC roll has grilled salmon with sweet sauce and cucumber. It's named after British Columbia for its famous wild Pacific salmon.

@jenni
Thats looks like a good place to go too. Nice atmosphere. Little romantic for a married lady, I hope this ‘steve’ friend of yours is a trusthworth guy. Are you sure he passed his test? He may just want to get you out for a nite on the town. LOL

And for those to lazy to click on the link I brought some of their menuy goodness to you!

Nice warm red tones. The color red is suppose to inspire good conversation. The floor is a little on the open side for myself and I don’t do well on stools.

The menu is huge and has sushi & chinese including Dim Sum.

I don’t know what that is but it looks good. I would guess a pile of rice and a deep fried breaded white meat. Possibly fish or chicken set on a simple yet lovley plate. I gotta learnn those fancy cucumber garnishes.

This last picture is for waldo Look at all that booze. I wonder how long......
