Follow the road from windbreak towards the coast, should see a elemental claw tower on the map but the grave is located a short distance before you reach it.
(Shouldn't there be a coloured quest marker dot there as well?)

Flame is the leader of the necromancers if I understood the dialogue with various darker sided necromancer guild members correctly, should find the person in their main base though I don't know where it is located (It's not that pentagram shaped city though, I was there a while ago and there's just monsters there.) and based on that you should take care before choosing to eliminate her (yes, it's a female, check the NPC gallery on the official site.) since it will probably conflict with their guilds quests similar to clan Karga and Skelden whom are competing for the Thalmont crown.

Been looking for their base myself for a while in order to get level four and five necro spells and have explored most of the available map but so far I haven't seen any sign of that base, makes sense though since locating various members that allow you to rise in the faction is quite difficult so finding the leader is probably a matter of luck unless a high ranking necromancer tells you about it.
(Cathalon for instance, society member there wants a summon skeleton spell and a necro staff and will tell you more about her and where she is located.)

Also made a very big mistake in Ahos so that city no longer officially exists in my game, was suprised as hell when I noticed what my actions had caused.

Anyone tried the coop yet? (Yes I know this requires you have the original game since no one has gotten around "hacking" the online-game-thingy yet).

Is it fun?

Suggestion to all new players: start on Hard difficulity

Item stacking needs to be fixed, or avoided altogether. It's a fun concept but it makes new weapons from stronger enemies useless since youll probably have a basic Club that hits for more than that new bastard sword with magic damage you just looted.

And that means easy fights = little fun.

yea it gets TOO easy later Sad
a bit sad, as the game is really fun besides that.

edit:
just got to to the south with the mass of giant insects, and finally it gets a bit challenging Smile
instead of 1 hit i need 3 for the giant ants, and they can kill me in 2 hits.

After my first enthusiasm I did quit the game yesterday due to the balance problems. this is sooo boring running around with your invincible char. no fun at all.

According to the threads in the publishers forum there will be a new patch out today evening or tomorrow, but this will not be the final one. To fix all the problems the creators need more time, thats why the game will appear in the U.S. in July (delayed)

I will delete it, put it beside for 2-3 months and wait until the final patch (and - hopefully - final crack) are finished. Maybe then I am going to return to the "two worlds"....

until then my suggestion: play something else... Cool

Well... Balancing is often a problem in action RPGs. Just look at Oblivion. For me at about lvl 30 it was a walk in the park. No opposition anywhere.
The only hard part I remember is when you had to keep the tarded king alive until he could become a dragon and "kill" the god.

Now Dark Messiah on the other hand, THERE we had some opposition.
Though DM had a pretty limited RPG system concentrating mostly on the action, thereby making balancing more easy for them.

I think by the end of an RPG you should be uber, with only 1 or 2 enemies and the bosses being able to challenge you. It's just no fun when it happens after 5 hours of play.

I think i'll just wait and get the 360 version.

Patch doesn't need a new crack, and old saves load fine. If you exploited the broken shit, the patch doesn't fix your items though, so the game won't be much fun unless you start over anyway.

1.3 works fine if you use the keygen and there will probably be a modified exe patch as well that simply disables the activation requirement and as stated above old saves work but I decided to start over anyway, was only exploring most of the game world anyway since I have been waiting for the biggest problems to be solved before playing seriously.

Difficult to notice any obvious changes since I'm not that far into the game but everything seems to work like it should, could always try to kill Kira and Gandohar again since they are now immortal during the various main quest stages.
(Slightly faster character movement and loot animation, somewhat improved riding or perhaps I have just become used to it and a few balancing changes for item combining and alchemy and a few extra tooltips in the various menues.)

A more cynical person would think they just used the Euro/PC market as beta testers to catch all the bugs they missed, so that they can release the console version as soon as possible.

Seems one can use this:
http://www.insideearth.de/index_ger.php?mod=download/details&id=61&sys=0
to unpack the WD files and access various game files.

Haven't done much aside from some small texture edits and I found the scalers for character generation wich provided some laughs after changing the values somewhat.
(Proper SKD should be out in a few weeks according to the forums, bugs and game balance are a higher priority for now though I'm unsure if the agreement that only authorised mod teams will get access to it is still in effect.)

Yeah, there is.

Press F4 and follow the colored dots on your map until they all disappear.

It's really XBOX-simple!
