dont they all?? For example I have 2 profiles, one that has my live name and one which says not signed in. Whenever I use the first one, it trys to sign me in.

Just pull out your ethernet cable or whatever you use to connect through. It should just default to offline mode. No games require you to have an internet connection to play, unless they're dedicated online games in the frist place (are there any for the 360?).

well "they" cannot scan your 360 if your not online =) so just play dissconnected all the time and its safe, if you're a hardcore online-gamer, buy the games!

I dont mind not playing on xbox live but the demos I would miss out on and also the extra content for games! Ill be gutted if they release another expansion for Oblivion and I cant get it! :/

ok got home, turned on the 360 removed the crackdown backup disk in it and logged in to live. downloaded 5 movie trailers and a game demo and turned off the 360. So am I banned???

lol me too, I've read though like 6 pages of comments on teh link posted above. Kinda funny to see all them getting hyped over stupid shit. Ya uh..hello, you broke the user agreement now your banned, good job...but then again seeing all these people canceling their accounts with M$...ya this is making me laugh a good one.

The funniest shit I read is all the banned kids trying to like, hurt Microsoft by calling all their friends with Live and getting them to cancel... lol, no legit person gives a fuck about warez kids, but they are like trying to start a movement. It's too funny. And then they are trying to justify the fact that they blatantly steal from Microsoft and their gaming partners, oh man, I can't take it, this is like Christmas. |

I somewhat disagree but who cares what I think lol. What I find funny are the people yelling for lawsuits

Oh come on, don't gimme that crap.  This has nothing to do with governments, politics, ANYTHING. This is simply kids walking into a store and pulling copies off the shelf under their shirt and walking out.
It's stealing plain and simple. You know it is, I know it is. Who cares how greedy they are, it doesn't give anyone the right to do SHIT. They're a BUSINESS, in it for the money, they can do what they want. You're expected to pay for your product, plain and simple, don't try to shroud it in lame government conspiracy comparisons. 
If you were a gaming studio you'd feel a lot different. But these kids try to act like the victim, it's awful that people can think like that.
If none of you want to admit it openly, that's fine, but you know it's stealing. |

i just played a bunch of games while connected, but not multiplayer online and mine is still good...i think it's only if you actually play the games multiplayer online, otherwise i think they have no idea...could be wrong tho...
