oh god....i just bought the standard....CRAP...
finally....hey PAL people should be happy you got the game so early....we deserve the limited edition b/c #1 it was made here #2 we had to wait for god knows how long.
MAUAHAHAHAHA yeah right.....oh this is splendid news indeed....just as i was in the middle of watching hostel 2.....why is it not on nforce yet?
anyhow....Vortex....hmmm haven't seen any releases from them....is this real?

Yessss....actually i did see Vortex releases before. Oh the sweet download.....i still do not understand why this was thrown out there undercover....into an unusual location....well not where you normally see 360 stuff....with it still nowhere to be found on nforce itself.....by a small group.....it's as if Forza 2 is a leper or worse....a cancer with....fleas.....just feels like a favor thrown in your face.....lol

Will this NTSC release contain the spring dashboard update? Ive been to scared to connect to live lately due to all the bannigns.

VORTEX isnt that small, they do alot of Wii releases and nforce is SLOW!

Ehh don't you have to have a uniqe unlock key to get the 3 cars?

Also, I didn't think the US were getting the collectors edition? Or did they change that? If not, then how can that info a new posts up states collectors edition and it being NTSC? Or did i miss something completely?

Yep has to be Canadian b/c in the info it says the languages supported are English/French....thus...Canuckian...

if gran tourismo 2 on ps2 had a new graphic filter it still is better than the second attempt at forza WTF! I buy a 360 for this? why? where are all the tracks, tokto extreme racinfg on dreamcast is/was better fun. what a waste of a title. unbelievabley boring zzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Have any of you kids ever played dreamcast?

Well I finally got to play some FZ2 last night. It does pwn. With the wheel (amazing range of settings btw) all the cars feel EXACTLY like you would expect in RL, the braking is great and so are the gfx and the feeling that you've achieved something. The layout of the game is similar to GT3 however, the only bad thing about that is that I'm used to racing luxury cars in PGR3 from the very start and so tuning and racing a VW golf is fun and all, but it's not exactly starting out with an Ultima GTR like in PGR3. But i saw that the game offers a full range of cars all the way to the F1 series which is awesome.
So now i'm just trying to get some more CRs to buy a better car without tuning my existing golf too much.

What im doing is saving all the CR i can, so later i could buy all the cool cars. I didnt buy any cars yet, and almost completed the proving ground. At first you buy a car (i got VW golf) and won a few races, after completing one of the challenges i got the asian car so i could race in asian races. You can complete the proving ground in the cars you originally bought and won, except i think you dont win any american cars so you gotta buy it. Everything is good so far, except the boring ass back round and tracks, man they suck. I guess they had to sacrifice it for their 60 fps, but id settle for 30 with a nicer looking tracks, the only good thing you will know those tracks by heart so you wont need that line (which i turned off anyways).

thats useless as you need good D,B,U etc.. class cars, so your uber tuned car can't enter everything...
I almost finished the career... just found out you can hire drivers to do the hard tracks you don't want to waste your time on!
