the folder user is hidden and the buildin searchengine from vista does not (!) search in hidden systemfolders.

thats the expl. why you found nothin' ... 1650x1050 works great o/

but one question ... any chance to enable FF on my windows xbox360 gamepad? the xbox360 demo has, of course, full FF support.

Pretty normal i'd say. But then when i go to Docu&Settings of my user name i get these files (even after playing the game)

Humm. I found something new. The MonsterLauncher problem is in .NET Runtime 2.0

.NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting:

EventType clr20r3, P1 monsterlauncher.exe, P2 1.0.0.0, P3 464f6b02, P4 mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4333ab80, P7 51e4, P8 61, P9 n51cffzwz1gffvslvrub5uxq1gvd0txu, P10 NIL.

I have reinstall .NET Runtime 2.0.

But, still not working Crying or Very sad

my little vista how-to:

open this folder:
C:\Users\<current logged in user>\AppData\Roaming\

create this folder:
ArtificialStudios

open this new created folder and create another one:
MonsterMadness

now create a blank .txt file and rename it to:
<current logged in user>Launcher.ini

<current logged in user> must (!) be the same name as your windows login, e.g. RabaukeLauncher.ini

now copy'n'paste the the complete content witch lequack has postet earlier into the new *Launcher.ini.

After copying the content modify this line:
Profile=something into Profile=<current logged in user>, for example for me it would be
Profile=Rabauke

If you like modify the Resolution=1280x1024 (4:3), for me it would be Resolution=1680x1050 (16:10)!

Now start the game und et voila ... it finally works! Your progress in the game will be saved!

I hope this helps ... and yeah, you have to start the game with the .cmd file.

I found a fix that final works here http://www.artificialstudios.com/MonsterLauncher.zip

Install the game. Copy over "Monster Madness\MonsterGame\CookedPC" from the dvd to the game dir. Update the game to v1.001.

Use the old crack, and then use the Launcher Fix. Very Happy Razz

sorry for bumbing - does anybody have this fix?? on that page is it dead
