I have two of these and I highly recommend them ... they are very fast and reliable. I even used one when djing a party and i was able to load music directly from the drive to my traktor without any hickups or problems ... I have a feeling I will be buying a few more of these babies Smile

I have LaCie 250GB External Hard Drive with FireWire Interface but don't remember what I paid but it wasn't an online purchase. I love it tho. I haven't networked anything up so I don't have to screw around with the disk spanning on some of the bigger stuff. My mac is less lonely now now with LaCie. Sometimes if I am lucky I can catch them humping.

Yes now that I have it, I wish I went for the 500GB. At the time tho I thought why do I need all that. Grrrrr bigger is always better.

LaCie is pretty cheap, and looks pretty cool too. Got mine for my birthday, would have bought the 500 myself ^^

Mine is only USB tho. Cool with that, got no FW on my laptop or my main PC.
