In the very first level I'm at the final objective - cure the remaining patients. I have five remaining, and they all seem to bother changing seats and visiting the bathroom. The staff isn't busy, but the patients don't bother to get rid of their disease.

Bug or a mistake on my part?

It reminds me, back in the late 90', when I bought both Dungeon Keeper and Theme Hospital at the same time. Geez I was HOOKED for months :')

I had a bug like that, none of the patients would go to the receptionist. Firing the old one and hiring a new one did the job Smile

What are your patients waiting for?

If you're the Desperate Houseswives type, then Hospital Tycoon. If you're a proper gamer looking for something properly fun to play, then Theme Hospital, hands down.

Nothing beats the classic.

Theme Hospital, no doubt

The only thing that is better in Hospital Tycoon is the graphics, but considering that Theme Hospital is 10 years old, that shouldn't come as a surprise Smile

Did you have any issue with Vista ? Second level seems to be a nice reset-button replacement...

What a self proclaiming "I'm a true gamer" pile of shit!!!.

Both games are good on their own and neither makes you a "prober" gamer more than the other.
They are very simalar in play factor. Hospital Tycoon just added a few new things that Theme Hospital didnt have and updated grafics to 3D.
It's up to each on their own if they like the new additions to the game.
