Sucks how they don't look even close to the original characters from the cartoon/comics imo.

Thank god they didn't. Humans in the movie would've died by themselves cos they just couldn't stop laughing.

Heheheh I think the film will suck what ever they look like. Transformers is for kids no matter how they dress it up as.

Hmm. American McGee's Alice certainly wasn't for kids. I look at the new Transformers exactly the same way.

Sorry if the comparison is a bit confusing (different types of entertainment) but I think you may still get the idea.

I'm not a Transformers-fan (never watched any of the cartoons/films before), but the trailer look kick-ass Smile

Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

Yes, the trailer look nice - but imo it's still a movie for children. Personally I'd rather see a mechwarrior movie than some silly transformers - but its a good start!

It's a movie for the old cartoon fanbase that is now 25+. And judging by the trailer there will be violence although without gore, probably.

I think the latest King Kong and both uber-crappy Fantastic4 are more "for children" than T.

p.s. or maybe I'm just a fan of Shia LaBoeuf after "Holes" Very Happy
