Just wodering,how one decides whether someone else is a noob? what are the criterions for being tagged as a "noob"?

What I consider a 'noob' is people that think they know everything, and they keep repeating the crap. Overconfident idiots that have no clue at what they are saying are noobs as well. Asking dumb questions answered on the same page or the previous makes you a noob too.
 No, people with low post counts are not automatically considered noobs (by me). People with low post counts that keep saying crap on topics they have no clue about are, however, and should be banned!
