nope...whats the point anyway...a bluray burners costs upwards of 500 dollars, so u r better off buying the game for 50 bucks

 its the ultimate protection , make a console with a new disk standard  Xbox360 should go with it and release all games in 2008 on HD-DVDs , then the console scene would be fucked |

It's probably better to let people buy the console and download games, maybe they will buy a game or two anyway then when they like it.
At least it's better than a console that nobody buys and thus no games get sold.
