Most probably, because on 6300, 2gig, 7900gs in 1024x1280 it runs around 20fps. And that sucks.
On brighter note, the game is fun but repetetive. Good enough until something else comes around.

E6600, 2Gb DDR2, Asus P5N32 and 7800GTX on Win XP
1280x1024, 2x FSAA, all high or enabled except for bloom, shadows and normal mapping gives me a solid 30 fps. Shadows lower fps with 5, normal mapping another 5 and bloom another 3.

Freudian, Good reply, I can dig it. It seems to be all about that gratifaction now a days.
Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with the game, spacebar is the one attack and the fireball was the lamest fire shot for some supposed Overlord ever! In my opinion it was all about the minion love and not enough about the overlord, after playing Fable(so similar imo) I was expecting a character with equivalent powers or something.
I'd love to play that other overlord type game, it has zombies in it. Zombies. I can eat brains vicariously, what could be better than that?!

You do realise you can level up the spells? The inferno is immense.

Yah, I just never gave it a chance, I stomped the fat guy and put the game down for now. I'll probably beat it later on when somebody mods it to have a map, lol. As if I have a sense of direction in a game!

Don't know about the other two, but the game looks vastly better with bloom off. Course, that's true about every game ever made... bloom is the devil.

Yes it looks like complete shit w/o shadows, mapping and bloom, especially w/o shadows, you must be blind not to see it. You are just trying to comfort yourself because you can't play the game maxed out, but if you could you wouldn't doubt a second about leaving settings at max. I know that feeling. Time to upgrade

When I install the game, it tells me my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, but that is not true:
AthlonXP 3500+
Geforce 6600GT
1GB Ram
I know it's not optimal, but more than what's mentioned on the website. Anyone else got that error?

Probably you are using Cool and quiet so that the processor speed is clocked down when you are working in windows (not using the processor very mutch)!

Yep, I had it on my old pc. Just ignore it, the game worked like a charm on low settings.

Actually looking at the screen shots it doesnt look like shit on standard settings, maybe you should wipe the cum from your eyes its blurring your vision |
Yes it does look like a crap. It looks like a DX7 game. You are a the one who needs to wipe cum if you dont see what a big difference bump mapping, shadows (btw non of his screens even got shadows turned on) and bloom does to this game. Now get a job, buy a new pc and stop crying.

yeah... that image kinda sums up consoles doesnt it... high or low quality, they both look relatively average graphically wise hardly next gen. its just a good thing the gameplay and nature of the game make up for the shortcomings in console power

It's completely different in motion. I've played it for a weekend on low settings and then jumped to high and the difference is very noticeable. It's not next gen anyway though.

Installed it, and it runs quite good on low settings.
But how do you invert the mouse?
