I dont get that (this aint aimed as a flame at u ELIZ btw) people laugh at people who are obsessed with comics, yet nobody laughs at other people who are obsessed with like a TV Show or game on a computer or a sport. Why do comics get the laugh i dont understand it lol.
And personally i've never read a comic in my life.

That'd be sick. But I think he'll use the symbiote to find a way to re-attach his arm by binding some lizzard genes or what not. Test it on himself and it'll have some icky side effects

I went to see Spiderman 3 this weekend, I'm not exactly a super hero movie fan and I didn't like the first two that much (even if the second one was entertaining), still I had quite high expectation for this one, after reading a few things and seeing some interview on TV I was really looking forward to it.
Let me tell you I was so disappointed, at some stage I was about to walk out of the theater and it seems most of the audience was disappointed too, people were laughing when it was suppose to be serious and/or dramatic, this movie had no emotion whatsoever, beside Bruce Campbell performance which was great and made me smile not at any other single moment did I felt any emotion.
The special effects were amazing but they didn't serve any purpose beside saying "hey look this is the most expensive movie of all time", this was just one show-off scene after another with no consistency.
In a city the size of New-York characters seem to live in a 200 hundreds people village, running into each other all the time (how strange) and all of them being linked
Talking about link the scenarist tried to link the movie with the two previous one, let me tell you it’s a total failure, they go dig some random elements and throw them at the audience with no explanation, like this story about parker's uncle murder…please...
Explanation that’s what is lacking, the movie ends and you are like "okay" what happened to this sandman, you throw him in a machine and suddenly he's made of sand mmmkayy, wtf was this black thing a meteor fall from the sky and some black crap came out of it making people evil, care to explain why, where it came from, what it wanted?... Apparently not.
Some scene were really a torture, the whole parts where parker things he's hot and walk in the city dancing was unbearable, I my head I was screaming "please make it stop", Spiderman running with American flag in the background was tough too.
After reading so much positive review I thought I'd post my opinion, I hated every minute of it.

Agree with everything you said except that. That's the basic principle of the super-hero genre. Without radioactivity, accidents and objects from space there would be no super-heros. So that part is actually a given if you are going to watch a movie like this.
And regarding the villains, they rarely 'die' in the comics too. If they were to die, then I guess there would be no more than 20 comic books per super hero. And this works out perfectly for sequel-driven Hollywood.
But yes the rest of the crap was painful to watch. I was literally squirming when peter parker was doing his emo-goth 'I am hot' routine. And has stan lee finally lost his mind? What kind of cameo was that? "Enough said"?

The one thing people have been saying that's been annoying me is people complaining about when he landed in front of the American flag. Christ it was like 3 seconds. And he was a festival celebrating him! In New York of all places! It's not like he landed in front of an American flag every two fuckin seconds.
Kinda like some reviews I've read saying that construction scene with the crane going out of control reminded them of 9/11. Please. That thought didn't cross my mind once and I'm pretty sure the filmmakers didn't think so either.

True, but still - I don't mind if they are proud of their country, but its quite silly that they keep throwing in the american flag in every second action movie they make.

If you go anywhere in America, there are flags EVERYWHERE. Shit, people even practically wear it as clothing
