I own all three systems.

Xbox 360 is used the most by far, wii next, PS3 last.

Wii games get boring quick, and if they're multi platform, they look a load better on the other consoles anyway.

PS3 just doesn't have enough exclusive games.

360 wins hands down for me. I'm on my 5th one though Sad

You've spoken, and we’ve heard you. Good service and a good customer experience are areas of the business that we care deeply about. And frankly, we've not been doing a good enough job.

Some of you have expressed frustration with the customer experiences you have had with Xbox 360; frustration with having to return your console for service after receiving the general hardware error message on the console.

...........

We have been following this issue closely, and with on-going testing have identified several factors that can cause a general hardware failure indicated by three flashing red lights on the console..............

.............

As of today, all Xbox 360 consoles are covered by an enhanced warranty program to address specifically the general hardware failures indicated by the three flashing red lights on the console. This applies to new and previously-sold consoles. While we will still have a general one year console warranty (two years in some countries), we are announcing today a three-year warranty that covers any console that displays a three flashing red lights error message. ................

Nice, I love it! This thread was going great flame free untill bigperm and bxrdj starting throwing fanboy shit all over the place. Why don't you guys cut the BS and get back on topic with opinion instead of throwing crap into the fan

I'm personally buying a 360 just cause of the game base and it's cheaper. I haven't played the PS3 but once it comes down in price I'll prob buy one, I like having my options on exclusives rather than just saying damn..I hope it comes to my system.

It's obvious that if you open your Xbox 360, you void the warranty.

There are shops around that sell the stickers. They are quite expensive though, about 30€...

Look, you can't have it all. Don't expect to keep your warranty if you're messing around inside the console. It's a risk you have to take if you want free games.

if you're visiting a site like nforce I would think the 360 would be the obvious choice. At this moment there's no way to boot backups on a PS3.

360 costs less but does break down more often. if you keep that warranty intact though you do get free repairs for 3 years. If you void the warranty but are decent with electronics, it is relatively easy to repair yourself.

btw... there are lots of Blu-Ray & HD-DVD movie rips that are posted online that play on any 360 machine (modded or not) and look very very very excellent in 720p & 1080p.
