well think I would rather pay the extra 1 or 2 £ then and get it from a real game shop... Places like PCWorld and Currys dont seem to get much stock in. When I was hunting for a Wii a month or 2 ago My local Currys store had only had one Wii in from launch !!!
Oh yea, so whos going with the Limited Edition version with all the goodies for £70??? seems a little expensive, Think I would rather buy GTA4 and 2x used / older games for the same price...

I'm not blown-away by the footage, tbh. Ofcourse, the gameplay will be amazing, but seems like a step down from what we saw in the first trailer.

this is a bit scary , was keen on a solid 30. Early i know, but.
There are still truckloads of bugs to be worked out - the framerate is a little worrying, as is the pop-up. With just a few months of development time left, we're hoping what we were shown was just an early build; otherwise, Rockstar still has a lot of work to do in order to make the October release date.

Hey guys read this:
Rockstar suggests you buy a 360 for the full GTAIV experience: OUCH Sony, OUCH!
Sony has been the punching bag of the games industry for a while now, but it may very well be Rockstar of all companies serving the biggest bitchslap yet. Rockstar spokesman Hosi Simon has essentially said that the full Grand Theft Auto IV experience will require an Xbox 360. He also stated that the games run identical on both systems, being unable to think of any benefits owning the PS3 version will have over purchasing a 360 version.
"They're identical games. We're not hardware makers, and we're not like a pawn between these companies, we try not to be as much as we can. We make great games for people to enjoy on whichever system they want. But I guess if you want the complete experience with the episodes, then yeah, you should buy the 360, I suppose."
The "I suppose" nonchalantly thrown in at the end almost tries to be non-committal, but this is one of the most blatant statements made against the PS3 yet. Fact of the matter is though, it's true. The 360 is where the exclusive downloadable content shall reside and if you want it, you know which system you need to buy the game for. It's a straight up fact and we all knew it. Looks like the vast piles of nazi gold that Microsoft paid Rockstar are reaping the rewards already.

Since i got the PS3 theres not been a single game of my interest thats been released.
Glad to see the X360 evolve as it is. Cant wait for GTA IV...man it will own

I guess you missed my point - these 3 years M$ just declared are a proof - the 360 is faulty. Now, if yours still alive and kickin' I guess you're just one lucky guy. too bad 33% of 360 owners aren't.
anyway, I own both so I couldn't care less...

Could they not put these episodes on the form of an update using the psn ? ( or is it just cause they used their exclusive deal with microsoft )
Never used it so don't know if it allows for you to pay for stuff like map packs or anything :/

PSN allows you to download map packs, mods, and whatnot the developers decide to give you. It's cause they accepted nazi-gold from Microsoft.
