What does that have to do with anything here, smartass? I thought you weren't posting shit anymore, since you've become VIP...

It is useless from story standpoint, and probably won't be done.

There wasn't exactly much fighting during that period, most of the time the Germans just walked in unopposed or with minimal conflict. |
ie : France.

*posts shit*
I'll agree with the masses that Bioshock is the next 'big one' for the vast majority, though it hasn't tickled my fancy. Crysis is my next big one along with SC2 and Age of Conan.

Just go back to play the games you haven't finished yet, or the ones you simply put aside during the busier months.
I reinstalled Mafia and Starcraft, because - with the shitty weather and such - I've got some time on my hands. Speaking of Mafia, is that Chameleon game going to be released in English?

You could be a Wehrmacht soldier on the Eastern front, watching your friends slowly get shot to pieces... falling back village by village... exacting enormous casualties upon the Russians and they still keep coming... all the way back to Berlin, and then there you fight to just get out of the capital and survive. Something like that is doable.

The only reasonable solution I can think of is to make the nazi campaign first, where they conquer Europe, them have a Russian campaign where Russians do their magic.
But again, EA won't make such thing, neither will Ubi. So who's left? Some crappy Ukrainian developer that will take for ever, look like shit and have the nazis with Russian accent.

Russians certainly didn't do any magic. Their casualties were appalling, they won because Germany was fighting on other fronts, and even more importantly because they had an neverending supply of meatbags to throw in the war. (literally millions and millions)
