The file size slightly confused 66x15??? when nearly all other ones ps2 and GC included are ??X50mb dunno why the nfo has 15 though?

its just a typo here. it is 50mb files.
and btw the nfo doesnt even say how many files there are or how big they are.

Yeah it was a typo and it's been fixed and BTW pallebrun before you discredit what i say in future actually ready the nfo properly it clearly says 66x50 in the size column.

Did anyone got the "Mortal.Kombat.Deception" (NoGRP) to work?
Won't boot of harddisk and won't boot of DVD :/

i have same problem here, doesn work. I have 1.0 xbox and first generation 2-3 years old modchip. every not nuked game works fine. whats that dashupate.xbe included?

yep fine here from dvdr and HD!
2 xbox's V1.1 and crystal xbox - both fine!
pal xbox in ntsc mode,evox dashboard - bios 4981
great game

FIXED IT!
if the won't start go into the ms dashboard -> settings -> video pal60hz YES but only if your tv supports it Smile
now the game works fine on my xbox in pal mode WITH color Very Happy

Thats strange seeing this is supposed to be a NTSC release. My TV doesn't support PAL so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Plays fine on my NTSC Xbox without changing the region.

Yeah I've played it - just finished the training. It seems nice so far.
BTW, If you have a PAL xbox and are having problems use the enigmah videomode switcher to switch your xbox to NTSC then try and it should work fine.
Your TV has to support NTSC for this to work but almost all modern TVs do so it shouldn't be a problem for many people.

Ok.SO being the MK fanatic I am.I have already beaten Konquest mode and unlocked everyone except Liu Kang.Has anyone figured out where his key is?I have no clue on where to look for it.I even went back to earthrealm after I beat it and got trained by spirit Liu and opened his tomb level.

When you learn with sub zero, they ask you to make a combo doing A, ->+A...I can make 8 kays combo on the game but this one just doesn't work...as asson as I press A it stops any combo progress with sub zero...anyone else having that prob?
