You do realize THOUSANDS of people visit this site daily yes?
The second visitors were alloud to do such things this site would be raped unto oblivion, would require a massive amount of moderators.
If you got an nfo to post just make a thread about it. The nfo's on the front page are the ones most people oould care about. |

Again, but a bit more thorough this time:
The mods add the releases from the queue to the front page, so nothing gets fucked up. They just check + add and delete the bad uploads. Backfilling will be possible.
It's a lot easier to find mods than nfo uploaders.

And you realise that there is one(?) uploader and when he says fuck it, there is nothing new for days...
A news site that relies on a handful of people isn’t the way to go anymore.

Let's start using common sense. An idea:
First of all, only members can upload.
For example three months after someone creates an account, he can upload nfo's.
Someone who thinks it is fun to upload crap gets his upload capabilities revoked.
Easy, isn’t it?
I even think you need to motivate people for uploading nfo's!
-> give them statistics
The reason for not doing something like this is because: the admins don't have enough time, won't invest time (abandoning nforce), lazy, no capable people available or just pigheaded.
Remember: stagnation means decline.
Where are those x264 sections 
Other opinions?
As for the suicide thing:
It worked on isonews... but atm they are pretty death though

if you want change, why not just prog a bot that grabs all the entries from a pre-db? That way, you ll also get all the nuking drama live on the site  <= Dont take that seriously, the site is great as it is imho
