Hi i've started a New Team & i want it to get into the scene i've got some of my friends who can rip mostly DVD's & Latest Music so need some help how to get into that & what future i have to do Any Help will be appreciated Thnx

Unfortuantly there is no help into starting something like this. You'll need the right resources / contacts, with an understanding of how groups operate. There is no guide, or anyone that can help you on this issue here - and you'll have to remember the legal consequence's piracy can prevail.
