and unfortunate for me that I'm not gunna pay for a licsense for vbulletin or invisionboard, I need something that is JUST LIKE one of those but for free. I was going to just grab a nulled copy but since this is going to go public, I don't want any legal shit coming my way. Thanks for the input

I ask here cause believe it or not, this board has some very knowledgeable people if you know who they are. I've ran boards before but I've always used vbulletin and invisionboard, just didn't know of any free alternatives.
I doubt I'll be posting a link to the forum HERE of all places as 70% of the place if nothing but idiots and kids, but if you want to see it when it's up I can PM you the link though I doubt it's of any interest. It's a local board for tattoo artists and piercers. |

Probably a lame help, but there are lots of free hosts for phpBB around...
I have a forum hosted on one of those, it's small, just a resource of my department (university)
Apart from the advertising and sometimes being slow, it's fairly good, if you want something small you could try something similar
