Just kidding, i really don't remember the abilities of GLA's Stealth General, i hated playing with those, i always played China or USA.
I do remember that China's Infantry General could be very bothersome... i don't remember who i was playing, but he was damn hard to beat |

I downloaded C&C first decade, and i assume i played Generals and Generals: Zero Hour from there, i always mess up the copies of previous games (spread around the floor with no cases, yadda yadda)
When i look for trainers, i always do it quite randomly, i just google it, pop open new tabs, collect the trainers and test them later
But, try GameCopyWorld or FilePlanet... i did a quick check and they have it
EDIT: Ups, forget FilePlanet, i've mistaken Trailer for Trainer, i haven't got my glasses on...

Been there, done that. None of them work for me. EA probably recoded something so the trainers won't work with First Decade.
