I'm using the ONEHITWONDER Release (killing install on update)
with the IND Crackfix.
This combination seems to work perfectly, no crash yet (test both XP and Vista)

It works perfectly fine remember to use the updated nvidia bioshock drivers
Get daemon tools 4.10
create 2 DRives
mount the mini image #2 on drive F: (available from gamecopyworld) extract it first lol
mount the bioshock iso on G:
Install from setup on G:
wait until installed let the update screen run then when you get the finish screen
leave it on hit the windows key copy the bioshock folder to somewhere
then click finish you have the bioshock game where you copied it to
extract or move crack to C:\BioShock\Builds\Release or wherever that folder is on your pc
and double click on the reg key.
Done works perfectly fine.
IT DOESN'T CRASH YOUR ALL JUST RETARDS

this shit is a fucking mess. im almost done getting a generic bioshock iso. going to install it in a little over an hour when its done, try the crack and hope like fuck it works. if it doesnt, ill wait till theres a definate final release or buy the fucking game when its dirt cheap.

Damn it I received the game this morning, it couldn't have been a worst timing...
I mean, if I had received it a few days ago I'd have said "hahaha I'm gonna play Bioshock while all those noobs are gonna be waiting for a crack that won't be out before months, roflolmao" , and if I hadn't received it yet it would have been "rofl fuck securom I can play it already" , but now I feel dumb to receive the game just when a crack is out...

I did it the way Raven737 said and it works perfectly...
Install with OHW release and kill the installation when update starts (when it says it has the wrong cd) and just apply the cracked files and play on!

How many people need to ask the same dam question?
Which crack works? Which version of game works? Which version of game works with which crack? Which is the correct way to install game? Which what where when how why.
READ the thread (all of it if you’re a slow learner). 
Then make your decision.
You do NOT have to kill the installation or copy game to a diff directory when auto patcher wants to update!! Providing you do (as explained many times in this thread and many others) you can install game and let it update without the need to do anything else other than apply the correct crack,dll,and reg fix

(And if your anything like me and enjoy a game that’s worth your support then support it. Put yaw hand in ya pocket. I always download a game 1st and give it a go, providing I don’t find it boring very soon or don’t think its crap, seen it all before ECT. I purchase it.

man why you bitching about buying this game. has anyone heard anything bad about the game itself except securom activation. So this game is worth every penny & for those who say fuck paying are obviously the ones who are in the scene for the wrong reason. Support the games that are worth supporting & stop bitching because you had to pay for an excellent quality game.

For the people experiencing crashes with the new drivers. I have read numerous places that if you just turn your graphics settings down it will allow you to progress, then you can turn them back up.
