i wish they'd stop dicking around and just release it now, and patch up any glitches via steam like they always do... css was hardly polished when they released it... JUST GIVE US TF2 NOW FFS!!

I bet my ass that you have to pay about 50-60$ for the orange box. It's TF2, Ep2 and Portal after all. You get a whole package of stuff.
This is so lame. I just want Ep2 for 15$, and maybe Portal but I am not interested in TF2. Looks like a comic shooter for kiddies. Don't like that kind of game. :/

I have played TF1, but I had hoped for this to be a better and more complex game.
The old style TF2 stuff implied that it would be a good game with more emphasis on teamwork and thought, not just aimless running and gunning as fast as you can. I had hoped for this new stuff to just change the graphics and the seriousness to something less realistic, not the gameplay.

For as long as I have been playing TF and TFC its always been run and gun crazyness. Dont like it? Then join a clan thats in ocl or some other online game league and play with the big boys, thats your teamwork right there.

There will be individual packages for these games but, don't expect $50 dollar black box games to have them individually at the same corresponding prices.

that'd make counter-strike way more enjoyable
but yeah, my moneys on another delay..i mean a playable tf2 demo is hardly going to be worth much, and they wont be releasing the game early, so i cant see what else it could be... maybe a brand new shiny set of REALLY COOL TF2 WALLPAPERS will be downloadable from steam... for $19.95....

It's unlikely, but they've done it in the past. Look at CS Source. If you pre-ordered one of the HL2 packages (silver, bronze, whatever), you got to play that 2-3 months before HL2 was out.
It'd be nice to play TF2 now, chances are it's already finished. Same goes for Portal, the big thing development-time-wise was probably EP2 itself.
