We know that we are all just in hope that somebody in the scene "gets" it or that some random person decides to up it to newsgroups or torrents.

well clearly some people have it. its just can they be bothered to sto playing it to upload it for us. which is probably no which is why we are all waiting on a scene rls, heres hoping some time this weekend.

Microsoft can't do fuck all if some retailer had the audacity to send you it early or you the misfortune of stumbling upon a shop that happens to sell it to you before launch date

Where art though Scene Release of Halo 3?

Im starting to get caught up in the hype machine too... after playing COD 4 for the last couple of days straight Im really looking forward to Halo 3's co-op and single-player campaign

microsoft cant ban you for playing on live if you legally bought the game no matter how early you get it. The store breaks the street date its not ur fault if u walk into bestbuy see a copy for sale buy it and play it. I dont think anyone has been banned for getting a game early the guys who were banned were playing the epsilon that was stolen from another live acount.
