Why does it look like the upload has stopped on Newzleech??? Parts 62-65 Have been at the same % for like 30 minutes

PAL Consoles can't play back NTSC releases in PAL50 only PAL60 (Annoying flicker on older TVs)

Did you guys look at the poster of release, it's shishka, he's a forum moderator on bungie.net.

so is this not a joke from bungie, it's not been reported as a scene release, and the upload is really slow 10 hours.............so everybody is just waiting for nothing.

Did this happen to you on "next-gen" consoles as well? I thought all games are optimized for 720p/1080p and then downsampled via software.
There are PAL releases that only run at PAL60 as well (like Dead or Alive 4).
