Yes its in stock now too on ebgames.
US stores will have it today 100%, but they are still closed. It's 7am now on east coast.
If the game hasn't got uber-protection, it should be released to scene this night or (more likely) during the course of tomorrow.

Personally i think this game looks like crap =/ Max Payne looks ALOT better and obviously i dont mean graphics wise but just the way the game plays and feels besides the story is corny as hell blalbal but i guess if you own a x360 its not a bad choice since there aint much to play on that big ass console

I'd like to know if the Pc graphics are as good as the X360s and what copy protection it has.
checked out all kinds of forums but nobody seems to have got the game yet.
Guess its still too early, but some stores should be open by now (11:20am)

Compared to all other games out, it's actually a step forward.
Usually all new games advance in gfx, but fall in gameplay.
Next gen shouldn't mean more fucking blur and shiny surfaces, it should be revolutionary in terms of playability.

I am looking forward to release, becuase the only game version we get here in Latvia for a reasonable price is stupid localized version in russian. I dont mind playing in russian, but when it comes for a support i mean patches, multiplayer servers etc. russian localized versions suck and suck very hard.

You want reasonable copy? you DO pay reasonable price. LOL.
and btw this time in russia this game will be with option for english or russian in one copy, and price is ~ usd15 jewel, ~usd 25 box.
and we have release in russia on 27th. if the american realease dont give us a copy - maybe russian (with engl lang) will be earlier/

SecuROM 8 is already in development for a long time, so in theory it is possible.
SecuROM 8 will have StarForce-like features.
