I think I'm going to have to wait for whatever patch is supposed to be at that dead link on install.
I can set up either of my gamepads in the launcher (sidewinder or rumblepad)....although I have to disable one or the other since the launcher doesn't allow me to choose which one I want to use....however, once the game starts, it fails to recognize either gamepad and mashing the buttons in a fit of rage has no effect.
This is the case for me in both Vista x64 and XP.
For those of you who can actually play this with a gamepad, which one, what OS, and what are your system specs?

I'd give it more of a chance if the steering sensitivity wasn't so damn high. Right now just a slight push on the stick sends the car sideways.
