@ kenny64 : the Bard's Tale Serie (not the latest PC action-rpg game) was my first not-arcade game experience, the reason i began playing more and more videogames, then learning about computers and meanwhile learning english to do both ... they were all great titles, at least for their time ! Nowadays, unfortunately, it would be difficult for u to really appreciate them because, just as many of my preferred titles, they are simply too old and we are too much used to better guis and graphics/sound

Most polished and deepest gameplay ever? Probably.

Nostalgia reasons. Spend a year playing it, just doing stuff in the world, without even doing any quests.
Oddworld: Abes odysey
Fun gameplay, great and smart story.
SW: KOTOR
Best SW-game.

Yeah, a shame, I heard the publisher wanted the game dumbed down for consoles or make it more arcady but Appeal didn't want to do that so the whole thing fell apart, looked great on screenshots too.
