Well I'm not going to deny that tendency in japanese stuff so your wording is as good as any but for the record doki doki is the sound of a heart beat, majo means witch, and shinpan means judgement.
Altough looking at their kanji for shinpan (神 判) compared to what standard translation gives me (審 判) , I notice they use the kanji for god / judgement instead of the double trial / judgement.
Well I never studied enough kanji to really comment on it but I found that interesting, either way I never played this but it doesnt surprise me in the least.
