John Kerry was saying that he could have built a better coalition and bush was trying to say that Kerry's comments were demeaning to those who had joined like Britain and Poland.
Its funny cause he really stubborn and wouldn't answer the question that the moderator wanted to ask.

kerry is full of shit. 90% of the coallition is america. is missouri joined it would be the 3rd largest... i doubt it. if enough of 1 country got killed a lot more would back it up.

this site ( http://www.command-post.org/2004/2_archives/015856.html ) says that it is more likely that it would be 5th but that is based on an estimation of Missouri's actual numbers. They also say that it is possible that Kerry is right. also couldn't find anything about it on factcheck.org which points out most if not all of the wrong figures.
